Once you have completed the form below, you will be emailed an invoice for $120 (+GST) and have the chance to view it on screen or print it.

Your school can pay the invoice by cheque or electronic transfer. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a receipt notifying you that your school's account has been activated. You, and other members of your school, can log in immediately and perform risk assessments.
