Once you have completed the form below, you will be emailed an invoice for $80 (+GST) and have the chance to view it on screen or print it.

Payment is generally by cheque. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a receipt notifying you that your school's account has been activated. You, and other members of your school, can log in immediately and perform risk assessments.
